At this stage, Tenillions does not process direct payments or financial transactions for property acquisitions through this digital interface. Access to our curated collection and basic advisory services is provided courtesy of Tenillions Private Limited.

Advisory Agreements

Should you enter into a formal, paid advisory engagement with our firm, the specific refund and cancellation terms will be governed by the individual service agreement executed between the parties. These terms will be clearly outlined and agreed upon prior to Any fee collection.

Property Transactions

Reservations, earnest money deposits, or sale cancellations related to specific properties are governed directly by the buyer-seller agreements and the applicable Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) guidelines of the respective state jurisdiction.

Inquiries & Consultations

Requests for consultations or site visits may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time without penalty. We value your time and simply request reasonable notice to coordinate with our property managers and sellers.
