• We are not a traditional brokerage firm in the mass-market sense; we facilitate high-profile private residences.
• The information presented on the platform is for informational purposes and does not constitute a formal offer of sale until verified through our bespoke advisory process.
• All transactions are subject to final due diligence and formal legal documentation external to this digital interface.

User Responsibility

Users of the platform are expected to:

• Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration and inquiry.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Use the platform exclusively for lawful purposes related to legitimate real estate interest.

Sellers & Listing Integrity

Sellers submitting properties to Tenillions represent that they have full legal authority to market the asset. We reserve the right to remove any listing that fails our internal quality or verification thresholds without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, specialized layouts, custom code, and proprietary photography, is the property of Tenillions and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of data is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Tenillions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital services or reliance on property descriptions which are subject to independent verification.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
